Let It Be

It's from Let It Be- soon to be my first COMPLETED story! Woot! It was the first real one that I ever started, back when I was sixteen, and it's gone through dozens of revampings... okay, like 4, but they were COMPLETE overhauls. And I'm the closest I've ever been to finishing. I plan to finish this month. (It's currently 108 pages of original-Holly writing.)

When I finish it? I'm sending it to Blurb, baby! To get my very own copy of it, published book status. Sending it to an official publishing copy? Eventually, yup. Which I'm sure will require changes, because publishing companies always make you change things up. Whatever. I'm just proud of myself.

What's it about? You'd laugh. It's a cross between Speak and Tuck Everlasting, as it's been described. A flippiant reader (there's only been two, Lauren was the non-flippant one, THANKS LOVE- you'll have to read the newest version, by the way! Took out a lot, and replaced/added more neccessary stuff- I think you'll like it better) also thru in that it was also similiar to Twilight, AND YOU CAN IMAGINE HOW THAT WENT OVER. First off, being immortal does NOT make you a Vampire. Gosh. And Sam is so not a bad guy. DUH.

So I say it's sort of/kind of like a mixture of Speak and Tuck Everlasting. And nothing else. (Except original, thank you very much.) Well, and it is a bit morbid. (That was Lauren's wording, but I tend to agree) But just partially.

Anyways.
